SHADAC has a variety of survey research tools and services available for download review and for consultation.

HRSA State Planning Grant Program

The Health Resources and Services Administration's funding program for states to develop plans to offer affordable health care coverage to all of their citizens.

Coordinated State Coverage Survey (CSCS)

A survey instrument developed by SHADAC to measure state-level health insurance coverage rates.

Data Collection Technical Assistance

SHADAC offers technical assistance to states seeking information on their uninsured populations.  Many requests can be fulfilled free of charge.  If you have a question, please e-mail or call 612-624-4802 and we will do our best to respond to your questions.
